Blucor is developing from native land a large custom tract for MCO in Fountain Hills. Blucor is performing the grading of 500,000 CY of dirt including mass haul off, Blasting, Material Screening and Crushing. Blucor will also be installing all wet and dry utilities through the entire development.

There was a total of 350,000 CY of dirt removed, 10,200 LF of 96", 108", 114" Cast In Place Concrete Pipe, 30,000 CY of Concrete poured for Structures, 50,000 Tons of Rip Rap & 300,000 SY of Gading

This project was to provide treated surface water for the apache tribe.
