Blucor is developing from native land a large custom tract for MCO in Fountain Hills. Blucor is performing the grading of 500,000 CY of dirt including mass haul off, Blasting, Material Screening and Crushing. Blucor will also be installing all wet and dry utilities through the entire development.
RDO Equipment contracted Blucor to perform the civil work for their new location off the I-10 and 202 S in Chandler.
This project consists of installing a new storm drain system by means of a retention basin leading into a double barrel 114" Cast In Place Pipe converting to a double 8' x 10' Box Culvert to an open conveyance channel. There was a total of 350,000 CY of dirt removed, 10,200 LF of 96", 108", 114" Cast In Place Concrete Pipe, 30,000 CY of Concrete poured for Structures, 50,000 Tons of Rip Rap & 300,000 SY of Gading
This project consisted of installing waterline, sewerline, dry utilities & rip rap channels.
This project was an existing project that had previously been graded in 2007. Blucor's scope of work consisted of grading, wet & dry utilities, retaining walls, gabion mattresses, SWPPP, and environmental remediation.
This project consists of a Diversion Crest Structure, Multiple Pump Stations, Lift Station, 15 Million Gallon Pond, 10,000 SF Treatment Facility, 2 Million Gallon Steel Welded Tank, Earthwork, Grading, Watermain Installation, UTS Filters, Process Piping, Chemical Lines and Concrete Structures. This project was to provide treated surface water for the apache tribe.
